Return and Refund Policy

At 2bTrendy, your satisfaction is our priority. Since we offer limited-edition pieces from emerging brands, we have structured a return policy that protects both your shopping experience and the exclusivity of the products.

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Consumer Code, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product. However, given the rare and exclusive nature of our drops, we invite our community to inspect the product and notify us of any return request within the first 7 days to facilitate logistical management with our brand partners.

2. Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted, the product must meet the following requirements:

  • It must be intact and must not have been worn, washed, or damaged.

  • It must have all original tags and labels still attached.

  • It must be returned in its original packaging, which is considered an integral part of the product.

3. Return Procedure

To initiate the procedure, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Send an email to 2btrendy@redswiss.org with the subject line: "Return Request – Order #XXXXX".

  2. Attach a photo of the product you wish to return.

  3. Our team will provide you with specific instructions and the address of the brand partner's warehouse where the package should be shipped (since we operate via dropshipping, the return address varies depending on the brand).

4. Size Exchange

Size exchanges are subject to warehouse availability. As these are limited editions, we cannot guarantee that the replacement size will be available. If the size is unavailable, we will proceed with a refund.

5. Refund Processing and Timeline

Once the product has been received and verified by the brand partner:

The refund will be processed using the same payment method chosen during purchase.

6. Defective Products or Errors

If you have received a damaged product or an item different from the one ordered, the return shipping costs will be fully covered by us or the brand partner. Please write to us immediately at 2btrendy@redswiss.org, attaching photographic evidence.
